Companies in Eastern Europe are looking for reliable Chinese manufacturers and suppliers. Such conclusion made the organisers and participants of the conference “Acquisitions in China: opportunities, which you did not know”, which took place at the forum company AsstrA October 20.

To participate in the conference signed up 60 people, more than 300 watched the debate. AsstrA leading experts answered the questions in the field of project logistics from Ukraine, Belarus and China.

First, participants asked how to find partners in China, how and with whom to negotiate and to distinguish this from the manufacturer or broker charlatan. For those who already have experience in cooperation with the market of this country, were useful practical advice on legal issues:

• specific design package of documents;
• restrictions on the period of return of goods deemed defective;
• assistance in protecting the interests of foreign buyers of Chinese goods;
• ratio of international and Chinese law.
